Ms. Dooley
Ms. Dooley graduated from the University ofNorthern Iowa with a B.A. in Elementary Education/Early Childhood Education and an endorsement in Pre K-3 Special Education, in December of 2000. She started teaching at Van Buren Elementary in January of 2001 with an adorable bunch of Kindergartners. August 2002, Mrs. Dooley came to Grant Wood Elementary as a First Grade teacher and has been at Grant Wood ever since. Ms. Dooley spends a lot of time in her classroom working on “self-responsibility”. She enjoys watching her class grow academically and socially through goal setting and working together as a learning community.
Ms. Dooley has two children Jacob (2004) and Megan (2006). Ms. Dooley also enjoys playing volleyball which she's been involved with since high school.
